Aleksandar Mihajlović

Our programmer Aleksandar has had a great love for the world of Information Technologies ever since his high school days, so immediately after finishing high school he packed his bags, moved to Belgrade, and enrolled in the IT Academy. After obtaining his diploma, Novi Sad was his next stop, where, thanks to his extensive knowledge in the field of programming, he soon found a job at Crowded Room Studio, a start-up programming company in Novi Sad. Over the years, he gained experience working on the development of e-learning software "Mathematic" for the Canadian company Vretta, Inc., dozens of mobile applications and websites for various professions and clients.

In the HR Factor team, he is our IT support that enables us to work efficiently and have a modern approach to work. Aleksandar is also responsible for the appearance and optimization of our website and diligent control of the content on it.

Aleksandar has recently become fond of cycling. Equipped with the best cycling accessories, it is not difficult for him to cross the whole city in search of good trails and fun.
