TRAINING-"LEADER DEVELOPMENT: BUILD. INSPIRE. DO IT.”

We are very pleased to share great news - we have just completed our leadership training.

The journey towards developing exceptional leaders has been inspiring and enriching. An interactive open-type training was held in Novi Sad on September 26, 2021. The training was attended by company managers who learned to distinguish between Leaders and Managers, as well as what qualities and skills are needed for effective management of employees. They have also learned how to overcome the fear of failure and to direct the actions of others towards productivity.
