IZOTERM-PLAMA COMPANY: WE ARE PROUDLY EXPERIENCING MANY YEARS OF EMPLOYEES' DEVELOPMENT

We would like to share a special moment on our journey -  the implementation of the multi-year development of the employees of Izoterm-Plama company,which marked this company as an exceptional working environment. The employee development journey began in September 2021 and lasts for three full years.

Throughout long-term efforts, investments, and dedication, we go through various trainings, workshops and mentoring with the teams for: sales, logistics, heads of production and top managers. Our goal is not only to develop individual talents, but also to build a strong, connected working community.

One of the biggest challenges for us is to turn managers into leaders. Legitimate power (power of position) gives us certain benefits. It also gives us the formal right to control people and processes in the company, but this same power cannot provide us with respect and authority.

Through a good organizational climate and increased productivity in all sectors, the results of efforts are becoming more and more obvious. All employees have become key players in achieving organizational goals.
