EUROPRODUCT COMPANY - IMPROVEMENT OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE

It was 2022, the new year, that started for us with another nice collaboration with Europroduct. Through Professional Selection, by introducing a system for measuring employee performance, and training on "Communication Skills", we worked on building a better work atmosphere in the company, which resulted in an increase in employee productivity.

The "Communication Skills"training that we held on May 7 and May 14, 2022. aimed to provide employees with a better mutual understanding. We wish them to use the newly acquired knowledge effectively at work.
