EDUCONS UNIVERSITY– BUSINESS SKILLS TRAINING

In October 2023, we started another great project with Educons University, whose focus was on developing the leadership potential of employees at the University.

Leadership is a key component of success in all aspects of life, whether it is professional development, teamwork, or leading one's own life. Our training provided a deep understanding of leadership and empowered employees to become better leaders in all aspects.

During the training, University staff explored various aspects of leadership, including:

• Communication Skills: They gained a deeper understanding of effective communication, including assertiveness, listening, and asking questions.
• Teamwork and Motivation: They learned how to motivate and lead their teams towards common goals.
• Decision Making and Problem Solving: They have developed skills for decision making and solving complex problems.
• Self-confidence and Emotion Management: They worked on developing self-confidence and the ability to manage emotions in stressful situations.

Our expert lecturers provided valuable knowledge and practical skills to the participants. They also had interactive discussions and exercises which enabled participants to apply theoretical knowledge in real situations.
