On behalf of our client, Izoterm -Plama doo, we are looking for a motivated and proactive individual to fill the position: Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share in the Hungary
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Presenting and demonstrating company products and services to prospective business clients
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs
  • Providing regular updates and reports on sales progress
  • Defining the terms of the contract with customers
  • Defining deadlines for delivery of equipment to customers
  • Defining sales prices and payment conditions for equipment in accordance with the established sales strategy

 Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5+ years’ of sales experience
  • Higher education
  • English must have: Upper Intermediate/Advance level
  • Knowledge of the Serbian language is an advantage
  • Attention to detail and effective time management.
  • Creative, innovative, and customer-centric mindset focusing on both helping clients and the company’s interest.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to inspire trust-based relationships.
