Milica Čihorić

Milica completed her undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Philosophy in Novi Sad and earned the title of Graduate Sociologist. After that, she continues her education with master's studies in Sociology, majoring in Social Entrepreneurship and Regional Development. During her studies, her interest was also focused on psychology, so she found the perfect combination of psychology and sociology in human resources.

Working with people fulfills her, and she believes that good interpersonal relations are the key to any success.

She volunteered at the Faculty of Philosophy in Novi Sad as well as in the association for mentally underdeveloped persons "Suncokret” and she was also a research associate on family life in Serbia.

She likes to spend her free time hanging out with friends, attending online seminars, and reading books, whereas her personal interests are photography and nature.

She describes herself as persistent, responsible, and always ready to acquire new knowledge and improve.
