Jasna Milovanović

After completing her graduate studies at the Faculty of Philosophy in Novi Sad, she obtained the title of Graduated Psychologist, after which she further built her HR career and experience at Aptiv. Her next stop of professional training was the Pegasus Center for the Development of Human Potential, where she successfully worked as an HR Consultant. Her expertise is in psychological tests and personality assessments.

At HR Factor, she specializes in professional orientation, consulting work and professional selection.

She spent part of her life in America, where she lived and worked, thus bringing with her the latest skills in the field of human resources. She likes to hang out with friends over a cup of good coffee, and from the whole team she stands out for her exceptional culinary abilities.
