Jelena Trivanović

After completing her master's studies at the Faculty of Philosophy in Novi Sad, she obtained the title of MSc Sociologist and embarked on a new life adventure. Her love for people and her desire to help them led her to continue her education at the Institute of Philosophy and Interdisciplinary Studies in Novi Sad. Today, she is an active counselor at the institute with the title of Supportive Psychoanalyst.

She gained experience in the Social Work Center during the period of 5 years, as well as in Penal correctional institutions in Sremska Mitrovica and Valjevo. She also gained experience as a teacher at the "Laza Kostic" Gymnasium in Novi Sad and the "Isidor Bajić" Primary Music School.

At HR Factor, her work includes coaching, consulting, and specialized training.

She spends her free time with her daughter, walking her dog or reading a good book, and her favorite sport is kickboxing, which she fell in love with when she was in high school.
