Aleksandra Vujović
HR Generalist - Psychologist / Sociologist
Aleksandra Vujović earned her Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Novi Sad, graduating with the title of Bachelor of Sociology. Driven by a strong desire for continuous learning and a deep interest in human behavior, she later enrolled in the Bachelor's program in Business Psychology at the Faculty of Law and Business Studies "Dr Lazar Vrkatić", where she earned her degree in Psychology. Combining knowledge from both sociology and psychology has enabled her to understand organizational behavior from both an individual and a systems perspective, which is particularly valuable in her work in the field of human resources.
During her studies, Aleksandra participated in various projects related to social sciences, human rights, business psychology, and human resources. She began her professional career at HR Factor, where she currently works as an HR Generalist. In her day-to-day work, she is involved in recruitment and selection processes, organizational diagnostics, the preparation of training programs and workshops, as well as projects related to job systematization and job classification.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, playing board games, writing, solving jigsaw puzzles, and roller skating. She describes herself as organized, communicative, and always eager to learn something new.
