TRAINING – PROFESSIONAL SELECTION OF WORKERS

Participants of the "Professional Selection of Workers" training, which was held on June 19, 2021, and June 20, 2021, in Novi Sad, had the opportunity to try being in the role of HR. Through practical examples and exercises they went through the following stages of the Professional Selection: workplace analysis, advertisement creation, interview techniques- assessment, knowledge, and ability tests, as well as work and group tasks. The participants successfully learned how to write a report, send a rejection letter, and introduce new employees to the job. Using the latest trends in selection, we researched the most effective interview techniques and perfected skills testing in order to find the best talents for the team.
