COMPETENCY-BASED INTERVIEW TRAINING

On Friday, May 31, we had the pleasure of welcoming HR professionals from various companies to our Competency-Based Interview Training in Novi Sad.
In a small, focused group, we covered every key stage of the recruitment process—from defining competencies and preparing interview questions to conducting competency-based interviews and writing candidate evaluation reports.
Working in small groups encouraged open discussions, the exchange of experiences, personalized guidance, and plenty of hands-on practice.
