FOREX COMPANY-COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Through interactive exercises and educational games, with members of the Forex teamwe worked on the development of Communication Skills.November and December of 2020 have been dedicated to learning, socializing, and acquiring new knowledge. We believe that the newly acquired knowledge will help this team recognize different types of personalities, adapt the way of communication, and skillfully manage objections.

Development and improvement of this skill is one of the key factors for people working in the field of sales, and we believe that it will help the Forex team to maintain a high quality of service and establish customer loyalty.
