DZZPS-WORK PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

Within the DSociety for the Protection and Study of Birds of Serbia (DZZPS) we measured the efficiency of employees. The internal research was conducted in June 2021, with the aim of identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the organization and defining effective solutions. It was our pleasure to cooperate with people who see value in the development of themselves and the community. A strong asset of the Association are team members who are very open to cooperation, eager to make progress and willing to make their business environment better and more productive.

We wish them great success in their future work and to continue doing what they love, and we will be happy to continue our cooperation on the continuous improvement and development of employees.
